Burpees Are Your Friend

You will complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes. Set your timer for 25 minutes. You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.

  • 10 Squats
  • 7 Burpees
  • 10 Lunges (Each)
  • 7 Burpees
