Wisconsin – Fit Body Boot Camps is a functional fitness class in a fun, fast-paced, group setting. Each workout is a combination of resistance, cardio, and core training designed to help everyone — all ages and fitness levels — get fit.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Wisconsin FBBC personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
I believe there is a better way to help people find a love for fitness and to lose weight. There is a great sense of accomplishment I feel by helping others reach their goals and seeing the expressions on their face when they realized they finally did it.
It is important to me to make a difference in people’s lives. Increasing the quality of life and to help to incorporate fitness as a lifestyle is what I would like to do for you. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone improve their self-esteem, energy, mental and physical health.
