To get you started, try these 7 moves we picked out for you. Together, these will work every part of your booty and give it that firm look!
#1 – MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
Start by getting in a push up position with your hips slightly raised. Bring knees forward in a series of rapid steps. Keep stepping for 30 seconds.
#2 – SPEED SKATER HOPS
From a standing position, leap to your right, planting your left foot behind you and bringing your right knee to a 90-degree angle. Then leap to your left, planting your right foot behind you and bringing your left knee to a 90-degree angle.
#3 – ALTERNATING FORWARD LUNGES
To perform a forward lunge, start in a standing position and take a big step forward with one leg. Keep your torso upright and lower it until the knee of your other leg touches the ground. Then step back and repeat with the other leg forward.
#4 – MAN MAKERS
You’re gonna need dumbbells for this one!
Start by getting in a push up position with your dumbbells in hand. Do a push up then pull one of your dumbbells up to your hip. Repeat with with the other side. Do another push up. Stand up and raise your dumbbells straight above your head. Get back in pushup position and follow these instructions again for each rep.
#5 – POP SQUAT
To do a pop squat, stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your hands tucked under your chin. Hop your feet together then hop your feet back out to shoulder width and lower your hips below your knees. Hop back up and bring your feet together. Repeat from there.

#6 – PLANK JACKS
Start with your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart, and your legs and back straight (without locking your knees). Then jump your legs out to the sides like you would for a jumping jack. Jump your legs back together and repeat.
#7 – BOX JUMPS
Find yourself a sturdy, elevated surface (such as a pylo box) for this one.
Start by standing straight in front of the box, then jump into a squat on top of the box. While jumping, tuck your hands under your chin and keep your head as level as you can so that you get a good squat. Jump back onto the floor and repeat.
