Virtual WORKOUT

Lakeside / Menomonee Falls FIt Body offers a virtual workout as an option when you cannot make it to Bootcamp in person – whether it’s because of busy work schedules or family responsibilities. 

Virtual sessions are 45 min sessions available through a monthly membership or sign up for an individual session. 

Custom meal plans 

The most important personal training happens in the kitchen -- although not all gyms or personal trainers are ready to admit this!
