WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED

FIRST-TIMER TIPS.

GET READY TO WORK UP A SWEAT, HAVE FUN, AND CRUSH YOUR FITNESS GOALS.

Trying a new workout can be scary. But from the moment you walk into Fit body, you’ll feel at ease.

Our entire program is designed to be an individualized program in a group setting, allowing everyone to benefit from the camaraderie but still “go at their own pace.” With different size weights, easier and more difficult exercise variations, and add-on training options, people of all levels can still benefit!

Prior to starting your first session, you will be required to fill out a waiver form once that is received, we’ll get you all set up so you can register for your first session.

We are proud to offer our guests the precise and non-evasive analysis for our health & fitness testing. This bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method used to measure the components of the body, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort.

This provides progressive baseline stats for monitoring improvement during your fitness journey with us.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

WATER & TOWEL — ARRIVE 15 MIN. EARLY

STAY HYDRATED

Preregistration is necessary

All you need are your workout clothes and your kicks. Avoid shoes with thick soles, and be sure to check your shoes for dirt and mud as our gyms are all equipped with high-quality “gymnastic grade flooring” that delivers excellent shock absorption, ideal for reducing fatigue and stress on the body and joints.

Optional:

  • A large bath towel (to lay down in the training space)
  • Large water bottle
  • Sweat towel
  • Workout gloves

When you begin your journey with either Lakeside or Menomonee Falls Fit Body, you will fill out a Par-Q ensuring your safety during camp.

All of our Coaches are knowledgeable in modifying movements and exercises according to individual needs.

RECOVER, REFUEL, REBOOK -

Our coach will lead the class through a cool-down stretch. After class, we recommend you to recover with plenty of water, a good source of protein, and maybe a protein shake/bar or recovery drink like FitAid!
