Work for 30 seconds at a time with 5 seconds of rest/transition with a 1 min rest after the last repeat for 5 rounds 

 

  1.  Jumping Jacks
  2.  High Knees
  3.  Burpees
  4.  Reverse Crunch
  5.  V-Up ​
