PB & CHOCOLATE NICE CREAM
(makes 4 servings)
4 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
¼ cup (25 g) raw cocoa powder or 1 scoop Plant-based-Chocolate Protein Powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter like almond)
2-3 Tbsp milk, as needed (dairy or alternative)
Place bananas, cocoa powder, and peanut butter in a high-powered blender and blend on high speed.
If necessary, add a small amount of milk to get the blender moving again. Use as little as possible!
Blend for a total of 2-3 minutes until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
You can eat immediately or if you prefer firmer nice cream, scrape the contents into a freezer-proof container and freeze for a couple of hours.
