No Guilt Pumpkin Spice Dessert

Want to enjoy a pumpkin spiced dessert WITHOUT guilt and with ADDED protein?! I’ve got you covered with this new recipe!

 

The holidays are filled with opportunities to bake and share desserts, so I thought I’d come up with a shareable dessert recipe that EVERYONE will love that’s filled with WHOLESOME ingredients to fuel your fitness lifestyle. These dessert bars are soooooo tasty!

 

SERVES 16

  • 1½ cups almond flour

 

  • 2 scoops Kyäni FIT20 Protein Powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

 

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

 

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger​

 

  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice

 

  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cloves

 

  • 1 cup butter, at room temp

 

  • ¼ cup coconut oil​

 

  • ½ cup brown Swerve

 

  • ¾ cup granular Swerve

 

  • 1 egg

 

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract​

 

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

 

  • ⅔ cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips

 

For Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temp

 

  • ¼ cup confectioners swerve

 

  • 2 scoops Kyäni FIT20 Protein Powder

  • 1 tablespoon almond milk

 

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 9x13 dish with parchment paper.

 

2 In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, Tyäni FIT20  Protein Powder, baking soda, sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground allspice, ground cloves.

 

3 Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, coconut oil. Once combined, add swerve, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.

 

4 Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and chocolate chips and mix to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.

 

5 Using an electric mixer, add cream cheese, confectioner's swerve, yäni FIT20  Protein Powder 

and almond milk.

 

6 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan before adding frosting. Store leftovers in the fridge or the freezer. Enjoy!
