You’ve heard of overnight oats, now meet 3-min oats! These oats have all of the flavor of a delicious sweet pumpkin pie without the sugar and they’re loaded with protein! It only takes three minutes to whip this together and it’s easy to calculate and use these nutritious macros towards your fitness plan. 

 

Enjoy this quick recipe for breakfast, snack or even dessert all pumpkin season long!

 

SERVES 1

  • 1 cup almond milk

 

  • 2 scoops Kyäni FIT20 Protein Powder

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

 

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

 

  • pinch of sea salt

 

  • Liquid Stevia​

 

  • ½ cup old fashion oats

 

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salt and protein into a shaker cup.
